• Profile Data: We process your username, name, and age to display on your gamer card and in chats. You may choose to hide your name and age from other users.
• Gaming Preferences: To help you find groups, we process your in-game name, preferred languages, and game styles (e.g., casual vs. competitive).
• Optional Socials: You may choose to provide social identifiers (e.g., Discord or TeamSpeak handles) for group communication. These can be hidden via privacy toggles.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

• Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements. While AdMob processes technical data for ad delivery, we do not sell or share your personal details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Google Firebase: Used for account authentication, database sync, and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information We use your data to create your profile, process join requests, provide persistent group chat, and deliver push notifications. We also use analytics to improve App performance.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Profile Data: Stored until you choose to delete your account.
• Immediate Deletion: When you use the "Delete Account" feature, your profile and authentication data are removed from our primary database effectively immediately.
• Rooms/Chats: Inactive or closed group chats are typically deleted approximately in a day.

5. Your Choices You can edit your profile, hide specific fields, or revoke notification permissions through the App or your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy The App may ask for age-related information for profile safety. Exact age data is not used for advertising personalization.

7. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon being posted in the App, and we may decide to make these changes without a formal announcement.
