1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Gaming Buddies (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). We reserve the right to change these terms at any time at our sole discretion without prior announcement.

2. Description of Service Gaming Buddies is a social platform that helps users create posts, find teammates using in-game names and game styles, and discover gaming sales/news. The App offers both free features and paid enhancements, including ad removal and "GB+ Premium" benefits.

3. Account Registration and Login To use the App, you must provide a username. For full account features and syncing, the App collects your email address and a password for authentication purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. User Content and Conduct You are responsible for all content you share, including profile details, in-game names, and social handles.

• Prohibited Activity: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or harmful purpose. This includes "toxic" behavior and illegal promotion.
• Moderation and Bans: Admin reserves the right to ban any user without notice for activity deemed harmful, including but not limited to toxicity, illegal promotion, or abuse of the service.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions Gaming Buddies offers the following digital products:

• Remove Ads: A one-time purchase ($4.99 USD or its equivalent in other currencies) to hide third-party advertisements.
• GB+ Premium: A recurring subscription offering enhanced features, available at $3.99 USD per month or $16.99 USD per year (or equivalent in local currencies).
• General Rules: Payments are charged to your Apple ID. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without announcement.

6. Account Deletion You may delete your profile through the App settings at any time. Account deletion is effective immediately. Once an account is deleted, associated content and messages may also be deleted.

7. Third-Party Services The App relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase for backend services and Google AdMob for advertising. Use of these features is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability The App is provided "AS IS". Gaming Buddies makes no warranties regarding matchmaking success or user honesty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaming Buddies is not liable for damages arising from App use or interactions between users.
