1. Information We Collect To provide Orbit's AI-powered features, lifestyle tracking, and household management tools, we collect the following categories of information:
A. Personal Information & Identity
- Name & Gender: Required to address you properly and to tailor clothing recommendations via AI.
- Birthday: Used to send birthday greetings and notifications.
- Lifestyle Preferences: Including your "Clothing Style," "Evening Choice," and "Weekend Style" selections (required for AI suggestions and RSS feeds).
B. Health & Daily Routine
- Sleep Data: Wake-up and Bedtime schedules (Required for morning/night notifications).
- Dietary Information: Food preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions (Optional). Note: This data is processed by our AI to filter recipe suggestions.
- Schedule Data: Work/School programs and Gym schedules (Optional, used for reminders).
C. Location Data
- Precise Location: We access your location to provide local weather forecasts, weather-appropriate outfit suggestions, and to display your current position on maps within the Agenda feature.
D. User Content & Assets
- Camera & Photos: We request access to your device's camera and photo gallery for the "Scan My Meal" feature (to analyze meals for calories and nutrition), to upload custom images for subscriptions, or to attach screenshots to feedback. We do not save, store, or retain any photos taken or selected for meal scanning. Images are processed ephemerally (temporarily) solely for the purpose of generating nutritional analysis.
- Vehicle Information: Car brand, motor, and year (Optional, for UI customization).
- Subscription Services: A list of services you track within the app.
- Calendar: Access to your calendar is requested to identify and notify you of upcoming birthdays.
E. Household & Social Data
- Household Information: If you create or join a "Household," we process data related to shared tasks and shopping lists visible to other members of that household.
