1. Information We Collect To provide Orbit's AI-powered features, lifestyle tracking, and household management tools, we collect the following categories of information:

A. Personal Information & Identity

• Name & Gender: Required to address you properly and to tailor clothing recommendations via AI.
• Birthday: Used to send birthday greetings and notifications.
• Lifestyle Preferences: Including your "Clothing Style," "Evening Choice," and "Weekend Style" selections (required for AI suggestions and RSS feeds).

B. Health, Body Measurements & Daily Routine

• Apple Health (HealthKit) Data: With your explicit, permission-based authorization, Orbit accesses Apple HealthKit to read and write your body measurements: Weight, Height, and Body Mass Index (BMI) for two-way synchronization.
  • HealthKit Privacy Guarantee:
    • Orbit does NOT use or disclose health, motion, or fitness data gathered from HealthKit to third parties for advertising, marketing, or use-based data mining.
    • Orbit will NEVER sell HealthKit data to any third party, data broker, or advertising network.
    • HealthKit data is stored locally on your device and synchronized via your personal private iCloud account (if enabled). It is strictly excluded from third-party analytics (such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics).
• Sleep Data: Wake-up and Bedtime schedules (Required for morning/night notifications).
• Dietary Information: Food preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions (Optional, used to filter AI recipe suggestions).
• Schedule Data: Work/School programs and Gym schedules (Optional, used for reminders).

C. Apple Siri & Voice Shortcuts

• When you use Siri or App Shortcuts to interact with Orbit (such as adding or completing tasks, or updating your grocery list), your voice audio is captured and processed directly by Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. Orbit only receives the parsed text parameters (e.g. task name or grocery item) necessary to execute your requested action locally.

D. Location Data

• Precise Location: We access your location only with your permission to provide local weather forecasts, weather-appropriate outfit suggestions, and to display your current position on maps within the Agenda feature.

E. User Content & Assets

• Camera & Photos: We request access to your device's camera and photo gallery for the "Scan My Meal" feature (to analyze meals for calories and nutrition), to upload custom images for subscriptions, or to attach screenshots to feedback. We do not save, store, or retain any photos taken or selected for meal scanning. Images are processed ephemerally (temporarily) solely for the purpose of generating nutritional analysis.
• Vehicle Information: Car brand, model, and year (Optional, for vehicle profile and maintenance customization).
• Subscription Services: A list of recurring services you track within the app.
