2. Description of Service Orbit is an AI-powered lifestyle assistant that offers recipe suggestions, outfit planning, household task sharing, and subscription tracking.

• AI Disclaimer: The App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI suggestions (including recipes and style guides) are for informational purposes only.
• Health & Allergy Warning: You are responsible for verifying all ingredients in recipe suggestions. Orbit is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the use of AI-generated content. Always consult a medical professional regarding dietary restrictions.

3. Subscriptions and Billing Orbit offers a "Premium" subscription that unlocks advanced features (e.g., changing clothing styles, unlimited household tasks).

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Free Trial: If offered, a 1-week free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple Support.

4. Household & Sharing Orbit allows users to create "Households" and invite others via a code.

• Shared Data: By joining a Household, you agree that your shared tasks and shopping lists will be visible to other members of that Household.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for the people you invite to your Household.

5. User Conduct You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input (e.g., car details, schedules).

6. Limitation of Liability The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Orbit makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of mapping information, location precision, weather data, traffic conditions, or AI-generated advice.
